CREATE FIREBASE PROJECT
Go to console.firebase.google.com and click Add project. Name it cfam-machine-shop-tracker. Disable Google Analytics (not needed). Click Create.

ADD A WEB APP
In your project, click the </> icon (Web). Name it machine-shop-tracker. Click Register App. You'll see a firebaseConfig object — copy the whole block including the curly braces { }.

ENABLE REALTIME DATABASE
In the left menu click Build → Realtime Database → Create Database. Choose your region. Select Start in test mode. Click Enable.
